Visit to Major Livestock Sites Including Livestock Markets and Livestock Manure Resource Facilities
On the 2nd, Jeollanam-do Hampyeong-gun announced that Im Mankyu, Deputy Governor of Hampyeong-gun, visited major livestock facilities and livestock farms in the area to check the status of the livestock industry and farms.
Deputy Governor Im visited the Hampyeong Livestock Cooperative Electronic Auction Market, which introduced modern facilities to the Hampyeong Livestock Market with a 120-year history, and the 'Hampyeong Livestock Cooperative Livestock Distribution Center,' completed in 2022, which produces and distributes processed foods using Hampyeong livestock products such as Hampyeong Cheonji Hanwoo.
He also visited Secheong Farm, certified for HACCP and Clean Livestock Farm, and Toji Agricultural Cooperative Corporation, a livestock manure joint resource facility, to listen to the voices from the field regarding difficulties in manure treatment and composting and liquid fertilizer production at farms.
In addition, he paid a visit to the workers at the Hampyeong-gun base disinfection facility, operating 24 hours to maintain clean livestock in Hampyeong.
