Ostem Implant to be Delisted from KOSDAQ on the 14th of This Month
Osstem Implant announced on the 1st that it is scheduled to be delisted from the KOSDAQ market on the 14th.
On June 28, Osstem Implant held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and voluntarily applied for delisting to the Korea Exchange.
Accordingly, the Exchange approved the delisting after deliberation by the Corporate Evaluation Committee on the same day.
The organized trading period before delisting will be from the 3rd to the 11th.

Dentistry Investment, a consortium of private equity funds MBK Partners and Unison Capital Korea (UCK), has been conducting a public tender offer for Osstem Implant shares and promoting voluntary delisting since early this year.
