20s Male YouTuber Arrested on Drug Use Charges
Telegram 'Throwing Method' Purchase
A male YouTuber in his 20s was arrested on charges of using drugs with an acquaintance at a hotel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
According to the Suseo Police Station in Seoul on the 1st, two men in their 20s were urgently arrested on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act (use), and one of them is under detention investigation.
They are suspected of using methamphetamine at a hotel at around 6:10 p.m. on the 28th of last month. The police responded to a 112 emergency call and confirmed syringe caps and injection marks.
Both tested positive in drug reagent tests and admitted to using drugs. They stated that they purchased the drugs using a throwing method through Telegram.

The police applied for arrest warrants for them on the 30th of last month. YouTuber A was issued an arrest warrant due to 'risk of flight,' while acquaintance B's warrant was dismissed.
