4x Growth in Applications Since Launch in 2019
Encar.com, a car trading platform, announced on the 28th that its 'Encar Home Service' has continued its growth for four consecutive years since its launch. Compared to the first year of launch in 2019, the number of service applications increased by 333% (about 4 times), and the number of cars sold grew by 560% (about 7 times).
In the first half of this year, the number of service applications grew by 41% compared to the same period last year, and the number of cars sold also increased by 43%.
The company explained that the secret to quickly establishing itself in the used car online market was the convenience and continuous enhancement of service reliability, allowing customers to confidently purchase used cars online.
This non-face-to-face used car purchase service allows customers to conveniently buy accident-free vehicles verified by Encar online without meeting dealers in person. It offers a 7-day responsibility refund policy, used car delivery, thorough vehicle inspection systems, and customized Encar-exclusive customer consultations.
The service expands consumer choices through a wide variety of listings. Currently, Encar Home Service has about 20,000 registered vehicles, the largest in the industry, which is about 10 times more than the approximately 2,000 vehicles at the early stage of its launch.
