Icheon City Provides Annual Opportunity Income of 1.5 Million KRW to Artists
Application Deadline Until the 19th of Next Month
Gyeonggi Icheon City will accept applications for the 'Gyeonggi-do Artist Opportunity Income' from June 31 to September 11 to promote the creative activities of artists and to spread the value of culture and arts within the province.
The eligibility criteria require applicants to be registered residents of Icheon City as of June 30, possess a valid 'Certificate of Artistic Activity,' and be artists whose income is at or below 120% of the median income in 2023 (monthly 2,493,470 KRW).
The payment amount is 1.5 million KRW per person annually, which will be disbursed in two installments.

Applications can be submitted online or offline. Applicants can apply online through 'Gyeonggi Minwon 24' or visit the city hall or the administrative welfare centers in their respective eup, myeon, or dong districts to apply in person.
