On the morning of the 25th, Choi Ho-kwon, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District, engaged in candid conversations with employees at the ‘All Staff Communication Meeting’ held in the annex auditorium of Yeongdeungpo District Office.
The communication meeting was held in two sessions, attended by Mayor Choi Ho-kwon, seven heads of departments and offices, and 31 employees from various job categories.
Through a ‘1:1 Q&A’ session, Mayor Choi listened attentively to employees’ candid voices regarding personnel concerns and built a consensus. He promised to strive for the operation of official communication channels to improve various working conditions, fair personnel management, and the enhancement of employee welfare.
