Gyeonggi Job Foundation Unites Labor and Management for ESG Management

View original imageThe Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation has decided that both labor and management will join forces to promote ESG management, focusing on Environment (E), Social (S), and Transparent Governance (G).
On the 25th, the Gyeonggi Job Foundation held an event at the main office auditorium in Bucheon, attended by over 50 executives and employees, to pledge the fulfillment of social responsibilities as a public institution, eco-friendliness, regional coexistence, and transparent and fair management practices.
Through the declaration ceremony, the foundation promised to strengthen cooperation between labor and management and to jointly uphold social responsibility as a public institution through sustainable management policies.
In the declaration, executives and employees committed to ▲discovering eco-friendly jobs and achieving carbon neutrality ▲promoting proactive job projects that meet contemporary and social demands ▲creating social value through communication with residents, local governments, communities, and businesses ▲and advancing as a trusted employment service hub institution through responsible and innovative management.
The foundation plans to use this declaration ceremony as a starting point to strengthen win-win cooperative relationships with various stakeholders in the fields of environment, social, and transparent governance going forward.
Additionally, in the second half of the year, following last year, the foundation will hold the 'Bungeorobjiman Jeulgeowo Challenge Season 2' to expand external awareness of the foundation’s environment, social, and transparent governance efforts.
Prior to the declaration ceremony, from the 17th to the 20th, the foundation conducted an 'ESG WEEK' event for executives and employees to spread the values of ESG management and internalize management policies.
