He also reported that, as of now, no casualties have been confirmed.
On the 19th, a fire following an explosion occurred at a military training ground in the Kirovske area of the Crimean Peninsula, causing residents to evacuate and major highways to be closed. At that time, Russia claimed that the ammunition depot exploded due to a nighttime air raid by Ukraine, and Ukraine acknowledged the attack.

Russia claimed that villages near the Ukraine border were attacked with cluster munitions by Ukraine. Vyacheslav Gladkov, governor of Belgorod Oblast in western Russia, mentioned Ukraine's attack the previous day, saying, "The Ukrainian military fired 21 shells and 3 cluster munitions toward the Zhuravlevka village in Belgorod."
