Exchange to Regularize 'Technical Special Listing Briefings'... System Improvement Plan to Be Announced by End of This Month
The Korea Exchange announced on the 23rd that the "Visiting Technology Special Listing Explanation and Consultation Roadshow," jointly held with the Financial Services Commission and the Financial Supervisory Service, has concluded after a total of eight sessions. Reflecting the high interest in this event, the Exchange plans to regularize these briefings in the future.
On the 21st of last month, the Exchange held the first briefing targeting industry associations, explaining the technology special listing and system improvements while listening to difficulties related to listings. Subsequently, it shared relevant information with executives and employees of various venture and technology companies. The Exchange visited innovation hubs such as the Osong Bio Cluster, Yongin Semiconductor Cluster, 4th Industrial Cluster, Gumi Robot and Mobility Cluster, and Iksan Industrial Cluster to explain key review points tailored to the characteristics of the target industries and successful listing cases.

View original imageThe cumulative number of participants in this event was approximately 1,100. For companies unable to attend the briefings in person, the Exchange plans to disclose major questions and answers related to technology special listings on its website.
Additionally, based on the opinions gathered on-site, the Financial Services Commission and related agencies will jointly announce the "Technology Special Listing System Improvement Plan" around the end of this month.
