According to the Gwangjin Police Station in Seoul on the 19th, a female driver in her 50s, identified as Ms. A, has been booked on charges of hit-and-run causing death under the Act on Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes and is under investigation.
Ms. A is suspected of hitting and killing the elderly man while he was walking down the entrance to the underground parking lot at around 3:57 p.m. on the 15th.
