View original imageWoori Bank announced on the 18th that its CEO, Jo Byung-kyu, along with the management team and MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z) employees, held a discussion session on current management issues.
On this day, ‘InnoThink,’ an innovation leader group composed of young employees below the manager level at Woori Bank, attended the ‘Management Council,’ the top decision-making body of the management team, to present research results on customer-centric innovation channels and engage in discussions with the management. This event was organized as part of CEO Jo’s communication initiative with employees, aiming for MZ generation employees to directly participate in the bank’s key decision-making processes and communicate horizontally.
Right after the Management Council, CEO Jo invited the employees to his office and said, “If you have any vivid customer voices or innovative ideas for the bank, please feel free to share them anytime.”
One employee who attended the event said, “As a consensus on corporate culture innovation has recently been formed among all employees, I hope there will be more opportunities to communicate beyond job titles.”
