As of the end of June 2023, shareholders holding Huons Group stocks can check their dividend details in real time on each company's website through membership registration and shareholder verification after the dividend is confirmed at the next board meeting. The company explained that dividend-related information can continue to be checked through this service in the future.
Huons Group also expects to realize eco-friendly management values and strengthen information security. It anticipates that the implementation of the online dividend inquiry service will reduce the amount of paper used for mailing and carbon emissions generated during the delivery process. As of the end of last year, the three companies under Huons Group have about 45,000 shareholders. The paper savings expected from the introduction of this online dividend inquiry service amount to approximately 90,000 sheets annually. Furthermore, it is expected to prevent personal information leakage caused by misdelivery and careless storage during the notice delivery process and to strengthen information protection.
Earlier, the three listed companies of Huons Group announced a mid- to long-term dividend policy to enhance shareholder value through a 'Timely Disclosure Obligations' announcement in February, stating a goal to increase dividends per share by 0 to 30% compared to the previous fiscal year through interim and final dividends.
