Sunchang-gun Holds Orientation for Summer Vacation College Student Administrative Interns

On the 17th, Sunchang-gun, Jeonbuk, held an orientation for 18 university students selected as summer vacation administrative interns in the video conference room on the 2nd floor of the county office.

According to the county on that day, 68 applicants applied through a recruitment announcement from the 21st to the 29th of last month, and a total of 19 were finally selected, including 3 priority selections and 16 general selections through a public lottery.

Sunchang County held an orientation for summer vacation college student administrative interns on the 17th in the video conference room on the 2nd floor of the county office.

The selected administrative interns are scheduled to work for about four weeks until the 11th of next month in various departments and related facilities of Sunchang-gun Office.

The university student administrative internship program was established in 2020 to help local university students explore career paths and understand administration through administrative work experience.

Especially this year, the project budget has been increased by 20 million won to provide opportunities to more students.

Choi Young-il, the county governor, said, “I hope this administrative internship experience will be a great help in living your life in the future,” and added, “Although it is a short period of four weeks, I hope it will be a time to enhance each person's competitiveness in various departments.”
