Baemin, Recruiting for 'Dining Industry Master School'
Supporting Growth of Local Dining Industry Brands
Baedal Minjok (Baemin) is partnering with the Small Enterprise and Market Service (SEMAS) to nurture local dining brands. Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baedal Minjok (CEO Lee Guk-hwan), announced on the 14th that it is recruiting participants for the 'Dining Master School,' an on- and offline branding education and intensive consulting program for restaurant owners in Seoul, Busan, and Gwangju.
In this program, Baemin plans to support self-employed restaurant owners aspiring to become 'local representative eateries' by leveraging the know-how of the 'Baemin Academy,' which has been providing free business education to dining entrepreneurs since 2014.
From August to November, offline education programs with branding and dining industry experts will be held sequentially in Seoul, Busan, and Gwangju. In particular, six outstanding participants from the education course will be selected to receive intensive expert consulting. This will include store menu diagnosis and recipe upgrades, logo and design improvements, brand diagnosis, and package production. The consulting mentors include specialized chefs who have conducted various recipe practice trainings at Baemin Academy and Lee Sang-yong, CEO of 'Design B.' Additionally, online educational content on store management and promotion, profit and loss management, and menu recipe development will be provided.
