Gwangju Bank's Meal Service Volunteer Activity for Chobok
Gwangju Bank carried out meal service volunteer activities ahead of Chobok (the first of the three hottest days in summer).
On the 11th, Gwangju Bank announced on the 12th that it served 200 servings of abalone samgyetang to the elderly at Jogok Free Meal Center located in Jogok-dong, Suncheon-si, Jeollanam-do.
About 20 employees, including Gwangju Bank President Ko Byung-il, participated in the volunteer activity, and Jeong Byeong-hoe, chairman of the Suncheon City Council, along with city council members, joined to share the meaningful spirit of volunteering.
After serving samgyetang, they also handed out rice cakes, snacks, and fans, offering greetings to help endure the heat.
