Jungheung Construction and Jungheung Togeon announced on the 10th that they were selected as 'Top Companies' in the mutual cooperation evaluation among construction contractors conducted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in 2023.
Jungheung Togeon was selected as a 'Top Company' again this year following last year, and Jungheung Construction rose three levels this year to be selected as a 'Top Company.'
Jungheung Construction and Jungheung Togeon select excellent partner companies through fair evaluations among subcontractors who performed the construction work, and continue win-win cooperation with partner companies by providing appreciation plaques, rewards, and incentives such as exemption from contract performance guarantee insurance. In particular, Jungheung Togeon has been operating a win-win cooperation program by investing 10 billion KRW over three years to strengthen the technological competitiveness of partner small and medium enterprises and reduce wage gaps, receiving favorable evaluations.
The mutual cooperation evaluation system among construction contractors conducted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport is a system established to build close mutual cooperation relationships between general and specialized or large and small construction contractors for balanced development of the construction industry and efficient execution of construction projects. The evaluation reflects joint contracting and subcontracting performance, financial support to partner companies, joint technology development and win-win activities with partner companies, and credibility.
