Jin Air to Hire 120 New Flight Attendants in Second Half of the Year... "Recruiting 120"
Jin Air announced on the 11th that it will conduct recruitment for new cabin crew members in the second half of 2023. This is the second recruitment this year following the first half recruitment in February. As demand for air travel increases and Jin Air plans to introduce additional aircraft, it intends to hire approximately 120 new cabin crew members.
This recruitment will also be conducted through an open recruitment process without restrictions on education, age, major, gender, or height. Proficiency in foreign languages such as English, Japanese, and Chinese will be given preference.
Applicants must be graduates of their final school or expected to graduate before February 2024 and must have no disqualifications for overseas travel. Applications, along with official language proficiency test scores such as TOEIC and TOEIC Speaking, must be submitted through the Jin Air recruitment website from July 10 to 6 p.m. on July 14.
Additionally, starting with this recruitment, Jin Air will introduce the Physical Fitness Certification System from the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation to replace the existing physical fitness test. The recruitment process will proceed in the order of ▲document screening ▲first interview ▲personality test ▲second interview ▲medical examination. Only those who pass the second interview are required to submit the National Physical Fitness 100 certification. Final successful candidates are expected to join from September 2023. Meanwhile, the new cabin crew members recruited in the first half have completed thorough training and education totaling about 332 hours and will begin flight duties to ensure passenger safety and service starting from the 12th.
