Muan-gun Conducts Integrity and Courtesy Training for Over 70 New Public Service Workers
County Governor Kim San: "I Hope to Provide Administrative Services That Inspire Emotion and Trust"
Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) conducted integrity and courtesy training for new public service employees at the county office meeting room on the 7th.
According to the county on the 10th, this training was held for about 70 people who were converted to public service positions this year.
County Governor Kim San is urging that administrative services provide inspiration and trust to the residents during the public service integrity and kindness training.

On this day, the new public service employees of Muan County Office had a session delivering integrity messages to improve their integrity and conducted training to cultivate pride as public officials and a spirit of courteous service.
The training was led by external customer satisfaction (CS) specialist instructor Kim Sumi, who taught complaint handling techniques and basic attitudes for courteous service through various complaint case studies, and lectured on communication techniques necessary for smooth internal communication and complaint handling.
A public service employee said, "I am grateful that our county prepared integrity and courtesy training for new public service employees," and pledged, "Through this training, I will work with a sense of mission as a Muan County employee and always be courteous to the residents."
Governor Kim San said, "We will continue to promote various training programs to improve the integrity and courtesy of public service employees and do our best to provide administrative services that impress and earn the trust of the residents."
