PharmGen Science Appoints Lee Seung-min as Head of Communications Office
PharmGen Science announced on the 7th that it has recently recruited Seungmin Lee (48), a management leader, as the head of the Communication Office in the Future Strategy Headquarters, overseeing group corporate activities (IR) and public relations (PR).
Seungmin Lee holds a master's degree in business administration from Hanyang University and is a financial expert certified as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in the United States. Having worked across manufacturing, internet and telecommunications, and finance industries, he is known for his quick understanding of the overall industry and is recognized as an expert in enhancing corporate intrinsic value, having served as the head of the private equity acquisition team.
During his tenure at SK and Lotte Group, Lee carried out various tasks including NASDAQ listing in the U.S., selection of companies excelling in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and multiple capital expansion projects for corporations. Based on this experience, he is expected to lead IR and PR efforts to enhance the company's intrinsic value, strengthen communication with employees, and improve shareholder value.

Additionally, the Communication Office is a newly established organization within PharmGen Science, aimed at increasing corporate value and actively communicating with the market. In particular, it plans to oversee IR and PR activities for Access Bio, where PharmGen Science is the largest shareholder, to maximize synergy effects.
