Seocho-gu (Mayor Jeon Seong-su) signed a strategic business agreement with Shinhan Bank on the 6th at the 5th-floor conference room of Seocho-gu Office to operate the Seocho-type public delivery app ‘Seocho Ttaenggyeoyo’.
‘Seocho Ttaenggyeoyo’ is a public delivery app utilizing Shinhan Bank’s ‘Ttaenggyeoyo’ platform. It is a delivery app service operated by Seocho-gu in cooperation with Shinhan Bank to reduce the burden on small business owners caused by high advertising fees and commission fees of private delivery apps.
On this day, Seocho-gu Mayor Jeon Seong-su said, “We hope ‘Seocho Ttaenggyeoyo’ becomes a win-win coexistence platform for both small business owners and consumers,” adding, “We will continue to create policies that add value to residents’ lives by combining the strengths of companies and local governments.”
Through this business agreement, Shinhan Bank will operate the ‘Seocho Ttaenggyeoyo’ platform with the industry’s lowest commission fee of 2%, as well as a ‘three no’s’ (no advertising fees, no monthly fixed fees, no entry fees) service. Seocho-gu will issue ‘Seocho Ttaenggyeoyo Gift Certificates’ so that residents can use restaurants at a 15% discounted price.
Shinhan Bank’s ‘Ttaenggyeoyo’ was selected as an innovative financial service by the Financial Services Commission in 2020 and is recognized as a delivery app that combines expertise with strong public interest. It also offers fast settlement with same-day deposits and provides specialized loan products for merchants and riders, receiving great responses.
