Police File Immediate Appeal Over Partial Approval of Democratic Labor Union's After-Work Rally
The court has permitted the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU) to hold a rally in Gwanghwamun during weekday rush hours.
According to the legal community on the 5th, the Seoul Administrative Court decided the day before to allow the KCTU to hold rallies on the 7th, 11th, and 14th from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on two lanes in front of the Seoul Finance Center in Jung-gu, Seoul, during rush hour.
Following this decision, severe traffic congestion is expected to occur around the Gwanghwamun area during rush hours if the rallies take place.
