A couple in their 70s was found dead in Yeongju-si, Gyeongbuk.
According to the Gyeongbuk Fire Headquarters on the 4th, the couple in their 70s was found dead at a house in Pyeongeun-myeon, Yeongju-si, Gyeongbuk, at around 12:43 a.m. that day.

The fire authorities responded to a report from the children saying, "We cannot contact our parents," and used rescue equipment to open the door.
When the firefighters entered the house, the couple in their 70s were already deceased.
It was determined that the couple's bodies were already decomposing when found. The couple was known to have had chronic illnesses.
