According to the dining industry on the 30th, Tom Cruise and director Christopher McQuarrie, along with about 30 companions, held an after-party at a barbecue restaurant in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, starting around 10 p.m. on the 29th. This was after a press conference for the movie Mission: Impossible ? Dead Reckoning Part One at Lotte Cinema World Tower in Seoul.

Cruise and his party reportedly ordered Hanwoo special cuts, pluma, and shrimp meat. They accompanied the meal with distilled soju and wine they brought themselves, and also enjoyed spicy jajang ramen with Hanwoo. The total cost of the meal is said to have reached 5 million won.
Tom Cruise reportedly said, "I really love Hanwoo barbecue and keep thinking about the taste of Korea’s spicy food," adding, "Visiting this place was an excellent choice."
