In addition, Kibo will expand socially equitable recruitment for veterans, persons with disabilities, women with career interruptions, and local talents from previous regions, and introduce additional points for safety experts and data experts, selecting talents based on job competency. In particular, to strengthen fairness and transparency, Kibo plans to guarantee fair opportunities for all applicants by conducting AI and big data-based 'application plagiarism checks' and 'AI competency tests.'
This recruitment will proceed in four stages: ▲ document screening ▲ written test ▲ first interview ▲ second interview, with successful candidates to be finalized in early November. Applications will be accepted through the Kibo recruitment website until 11 a.m. on the 17th of next month, and the written test will be held simultaneously in Seoul and Busan on August 19.
