LG Uplus announced that its data commerce platform ‘U+Kok’ has made shipping free starting from the 28th.
U+Kok is a mobile shopping platform that offers one-on-one personalized product recommendations to customers based on big data, with products directly selected by merchandisers (MDs).
Through U+Kok, LG Uplus has been providing about 10,000 products at prices discounted up to 94% compared to the regular price. This time, the company eliminated the previously varying shipping fee policies by seller and made shipping free for all products sold on U+Kok.
As of the first quarter of this year, 79% of all products sold were shipped free of charge. LG Uplus plans to expand this to 100% and attract new customers by offering free shipping on all products.

Meanwhile, to enhance customer convenience, U+Kok is improving features such as ‘Gift Sending,’ which allows sending gifts to subscribers of other telecom companies, ‘Subscription Delivery,’ which enables regular delivery of frequently purchased products with a single payment, and ‘SaengsaengKok,’ which lets customers quickly check product features and make purchases through short-form videos in line with recent trends.
