Dongwon F&B Opens First Health Functional Food Online Mall 'Welf'
Offline Customer Service Quality Enhanced for 100,000 Customers
Products Available from Ollinic, Cheonjihin, GNC, Butic, and More
Dongwon F&B announced on the 28th that it has launched the health functional food online mall ‘welp’. This is the first time Dongwon F&B has created its own specialized online mall for health functional foods.
Welp is a compound word of ‘wellness,’ meaning a healthy lifestyle, and ‘plus,’ signifying the addition of people and places to a healthy way of life.
At Welp, customers can purchase all health functional foods from Dongwon F&B. There are over 180 products from four brands, including the premium health functional food brand 'Olinic,' the red ginseng specialty brand 'Cheonjihin,' the comprehensive health functional food brand 'GNC,' and the inner beauty specialty brand 'Butic.'
Until now, Dongwon F&B’s health functional foods were only available through ‘Dongwon Mall,’ an online mall operated by Dongwon Dear Food, and at 85 offline stores nationwide. However, with the opening of this new proprietary mall, the sales channels have been diversified. As the health functional food consumer market sees an increase in customer inflow and transaction volume through online channels, the opening of this proprietary mall has significantly enhanced customer service quality.
