Daejeon Public Bicycle 'Tashu' Usage Temporarily Suspended... "Transfer of Consignment Work"
Use of Daejeon public bicycles ‘Tashu’ will be temporarily suspended.
Daejeon City announced on the 27th that the use of ‘Tashu’ will be temporarily suspended for 30 hours from 10 PM on the 30th of this month to 4 AM on the 2nd of next month, in order to transfer the operation consignment from Daejeon Facilities Management Corporation to Daejeon Transportation Corporation.
Earlier, Daejeon City recently signed a consignment agreement for ‘Tashu’ with Daejeon Transportation Corporation and has been preparing for the transfer.
Following the transfer of duties, starting from the 1st of next month, Daejeon Transportation Corporation will be entrusted with and manage the unmanned rental system of ‘Tashu’ and the Daejeon-type integrated transportation service (MaaS).

A Daejeon City official said, “We are providing prior notice to prevent inconvenience and confusion among citizens due to the temporary suspension of Tashu operations,” and added, “We will strive to expedite the transfer process and early stabilization of the system to bring forward the resumption of Tashu usage.”
