President Baekho has made no mention whatsoever regarding personnel changes.
However, the company is expected to implement regular personnel changes for employees below grade 3 as of July 1.
For executives at grades 1 and 2, minor personnel changes are anticipated after July, followed by a major reshuffle effective January 1 next year, after completing tasks such as organizational restructuring consultancy.
President Baekho is regarded as a CEO with his own convictions and expertise in organizational control.
This process is interpreted as a strategic move to lead the company under the full-fledged Baekho system starting January next year.
Seoul Metro, which serves as the transportation lifeline for 10 million Seoul citizens and 20 million residents of the metropolitan area, prioritizes safety above all else, and establishing organizational discipline is crucial to this end.
