The pledge ceremony was attended by about 50 people, including Song Seong-il, Director of Rural Development, Head Jo Young-ho, and branch managers and department heads from 18 branches in the Jeonnam region.

Song Seong-il, the standing director who attended the meeting, said, “If a culture of mutual respect is established, more proactive and creative work can be performed, which serves as a foundation for practicing active integrity,” and urged, “Please take the lead in the Jeonnam Headquarters to practice and achieve the corporation’s three basic principles of ‘trust, safety, and innovation.’”
Head Jo Young-ho said, “To raise the level of practice, individual efforts of employees are necessary, but the integrity leadership of department heads who set an example must precede,” and added, “We will seek ways to achieve definite changes through frank expression of opinions and strive to realize a thorough reform so that an integrity culture can take root.”
At the ‘KRC-way 3+8’ pledge ceremony, Jo Young-ho, Head of the Jeonnam Regional Headquarters, and Park Joo-hyung, Chairman of the Jeonnam Regional Headquarters Labor Union, pledged to implement an organizational culture faithful to basics and principles with a united labor-management spirit.
‘KRC-way 3+8’ is a corporation’s own project introduced since April, which sets eight organizational culture guidelines in addition to the corporation’s three basic principles of trust, safety, and innovation, aiming to create a healthy and competitive organizational culture.
The Jeonnam Regional Headquarters plans to focus on strengthening execution power for corruption prevention and integrity practice through organizational culture improvement, starting from this pledge ceremony.
Earlier this year, they established four major integrity strategies: unfriendliness equals corruption, mature customer response, mutual respect and consideration, and meticulous conflict management internalization. Based on the discussions at this forum, they plan to establish and enhance execution plans.
