Korea Exchange, Open Recruitment for New Employees
Application Submission from the 23rd to 2 PM on the 10th of Next Month
The Korea Exchange is conducting an open recruitment for new employees this year.
According to the Korea Exchange on the 21st, the number of hires in this year's open recruitment is approximately 51 for general positions. Considering the additional selection of non-capital region talents beyond the quota (up to 10%), up to 56 people are expected to be selected in this recruitment. Hiring will be conducted in four fields: Business & Economics (28), Law (6), Mathematics & Statistics (8), and IT (9).
The Exchange has moved the recruitment schedule two months earlier than usual this year. Applications will be accepted from the 23rd until 2 p.m. on the 10th of next month. The written exam will be held simultaneously in Seoul and Busan on the 29th of next month. After the first and second interviews, the final successful candidates will be announced in October.
There are no restrictions on academic background or major. For the written exam, applicants can choose to take one of six subjects: Business Administration, Economics, Law, Mathematics, Statistics, or IT.
To ensure fairness in the recruitment process, blind recruitment and regional talent hiring targets will be maintained. The regional talent hiring target system is a policy that allows additional successful candidates beyond the quota if the number of successful non-capital region talents falls short of the target ratio (25%) in each selection stage. Even among the final interview passers, if regional talents are less than 25%, a certain proportion of regional talents will be additionally accepted.
