Jindo Fire Station Conducts Special Rescue Training for Summer Water Accident Preparedness
Jindo Fire Station in Jeonnam (Chief Kim Gwang-seon) announced on the 21st that it conducted a special water rescue training at Sacheon2 Reservoir on the 20th to prevent on-site safety accidents caused by typhoons and summer natural disasters and to strengthen water disaster response capabilities.

This training included △hazard prediction training at major points within the jurisdiction △first aid procedures during water rescue △individual and team water and underwater training △safety accident prevention education.
In particular, through the special rescue training, systematic skills were honed for each rescue team member, enhancing professionalism and promptness in life-saving operations.
Kim Gwang-seon, Chief of Jindo Fire Station, said, “In preparation for the surge in water accidents during the summer, we will do our best to protect the precious lives of citizens by becoming proficient in response procedures through regular training.”
