Ceragem Master V7 Produces Less Interfloor Noise Than Libraries
Lower than Ministry of Land's Nighttime Interfloor Noise Standard
Quieter than a Library (30dB(A))
Reduced Interfloor Noise Burden with Vibration-Free, Low-Noise Design
Seragem's Meditech Master V7 has been found to produce less inter-floor noise than a library. On the 16th, Seragem announced, "We received a test report from Korea Noise & Vibration, an internationally accredited testing agency, evaluating the inter-floor noise level of the spinal medical device Master V7 at an average of 24.9 dB(A)." This level is significantly lower than the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's nighttime average inter-floor noise standard for apartment buildings (34 dB(A)). It is even quieter than the sound level of a quiet library (30 dB(A)).

View original imageThe experiment was conducted by having an adult male sit on the product on the second floor of a house without any additional rugs, operating it at maximum intensity (level 9) and maximum speed (high-speed mode), while measuring the noise on the first floor for 10 minutes. The laboratory floor was a 210mm man-slab, following the typical structure of an apartment building, and both the leg air cell massager and abdominal heating LED ceramic were operated simultaneously.
The quieter noise level compared to a library is thanks to the 'low-noise design.' Seragem's spinal medical device provides acupressure massage by pressing the user's spinal points while lying down using gravity, rather than using a vibration method that taps the body parts, resulting in less noise generation. In particular, the Master V7 minimizes noise generated during operation while delivering the same performance through its 'sensorless motor driving' technology, which also improves power efficiency and motor lifespan.

A Seragem representative stated, "Recently, conflicts between neighbors due to inter-floor noise have become a social issue, so we are making various efforts to reduce the burden on consumers." They added, "We will continue to do our best to advance the low-noise design so that consumers can comfortably use the product in various environments such as after work or in the morning."
