Hyundai Green Food Introduces Freeze-Dried Easy-to-Cook Soups and Broths
Hyundai Green Food announced on the 11th that it will exclusively sell ready-to-eat soups and broths from the Japanese company Cosmos.

View original imageThe new products include a total of 13 varieties: 8 types of misoshiru (Japanese-style miso soup) and 5 types of Japanese-style soups. The key feature is that the contents can be prepared simply by placing them in a bowl and adding hot water. Representative misoshiru flavors include mushroom and okra misoshiru, while the soups include roasted seaweed and onion soup.
Cosmos's ready-to-eat soups and broths use a freeze-drying method that minimizes nutrient loss during preparation, and each serving is individually packaged for convenient storage and use. The price per unit ranges from 1,500 to 2,300 KRW, making them affordable, and the calorie content is low, around 30 to 50 kcal per serving.
