A fire is spreading at a pigsty in Danjang-myeon, Miryang-si, Gyeongnam.

A fire broke out at a pig farm in Danjang-myeon, Miryang-si, Gyeongnam Province, at around 1:09 a.m. on the 1st.
According to the Gyeongnam Fire Headquarters, the compost shed and nursery were completely burned, and out of an estimated 3,000 piglets, 1,000 died in the fire.
At the scene, Fire Response Level 1 was issued at around 1:38 a.m. and lifted at around 2:06 a.m.
The fire was fully extinguished at around 5:23 a.m. by 168 firefighters and 21 firefighting vehicles and equipment dispatched to the site.
