The supply scale includes ▲129 units for university students ▲390 units for youth ▲384 units for newlyweds and single-parent families ▲150 units for the elderly ▲87 units for housing benefit recipients. The remaining 360 units are temporary housing for residents displaced by the Yongin Platform City Development Project demolition.
Gyeonggi Happy Housing is a public rental housing specialized for Gyeonggi Province, supplied by Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation. It is offered at an affordable price, approximately 60-80% of the surrounding market price, to ensure housing stability for young groups such as youth, university students, newlyweds, as well as vulnerable groups including the elderly and housing benefit recipients.
The Dongtan 2 A105 Block Gyeonggi Happy Housing is equipped with abundant living infrastructure and a pleasant natural environment, including Wangbaesan Park and Sinrichon Riverside Park.

Applications will be accepted online at the 'GH Housing Application Center' (http://apply.gh.or.kr) from June 19 to June 22. Contracts will be signed electronically from October 31 to November 3 for those who pass the eligibility screening, and move-in will begin in June 2024.
