Capsizing of Tugboat off Sinan Jaeundo, All 9 Crew Members Rescued

View original imageAccording to Mokpo Maritime Police, at 6:53 a.m. on the 29th, they received a report that a tugboat had sunk about 18 km northwest of Jaeundo Island, Sinan County, and mobilized available forces for an emergency rescue.
After confirming whether there were any casualties on the accident vessel, the maritime police verified that all 9 crew members were safe, and completed the rescue at around 9:07 a.m., about two hours after receiving the accident report.
