LG Electronics Launches Enterprise ChatGPT Service... "Access to Other Generative AIs Blocked"
Introduction of Enterprise ChatGPT into Company AI Chatbot 'Eljini'
LG Electronics has launched a corporate ChatGPT service. Consequently, access to generative artificial intelligence (AI) services from other companies will be blocked.
LG Electronics announced on the 26th that it recently informed its employees about the plan to open a corporate ChatGPT service within the in-house chatbot service 'LGni,' which is provided on the work portal starting at the end of this month.
This measure comes in response to ongoing information security concerns related to generative AI services across the industry. LG Electronics has previously guided employees with security instructions not to input company or customer information into ChatGPT. Through the introduction of the corporate ChatGPT, the company plans to further strengthen internal security.
