Kkumbee announced yesterday that it has decided to proceed with a paid-in capital increase of approximately 20 billion KRW through a public offering. Through this, it plans to use 13.2 billion KRW for facility funds and 6.7 billion KRW for operating funds. The issue price of the new shares is 13,460 KRW.
