Hollys plans to accumulate data through this pilot operation, improve the service, and finalize the operation plan before officially introducing it in the second half of this year.
To experience the serving robot, customers can place orders through a tablet PC provided at the test table inside the Hollys Gongdeok store. When the ordered menu is ready, the serving robot moves to the pickup counter, picks up the menu, and delivers it to the corresponding table.
