According to related industries on the 26th, the Paris Baguette Busan Yongho Branch operated by franchise owner Kim held a "Drawing Contest Together" on the theme of "Busan Expo" on the 22nd.
This was the fourth event of the children's art contest started in 2020 with the purpose of creating a space for children, and the theme was chosen with the hope of actively participating in the Expo bid to revitalize the local economy.
Franchise owner Kim, contemplating what could be done for the future generation of children, came up with the idea of holding an art contest for children by utilizing the empty wall space inside the store. The "Drawing Contest Together," which Paris Baguette Busan Yongho Branch started independently, has gradually become a popular event in the local community through word of mouth among children and parents.
The winning works are displayed on the store walls for one year, and all participating children who did not win also receive product exchange vouchers. Since children are given the opportunity to draw freely and their works are exhibited in a separate space, the contest has received positive responses not only from participating children but also from their parents. One student who won the grand prize in the Drawing Contest Together developed an interest in art through this contest and is now preparing a career in this field.
