GS Construction, which won the High-Quality Design category at the Asia Economy Apartment Brand Awards, started as a premium brand from the beginning. Xi (Xi) stands for 'eXtra Intelligent,' symbolizing a high-quality apartment brand that aims to offer customers a special level of life. It is the first in the industry to introduce a community concept to apartments, aiming for a high-end lifestyle brand.
This design philosophy of GS Construction is fully embodied in Eumseong Xi Central City, located in Geumwang-eup, Eumseong-gun, Chungbuk Province. This complex is the largest in Eumseong-gun, consisting of 16 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 27 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 59 to 116㎡, totaling 1,505 households. Additionally, it offers diversity with specialized floor plans such as detached terrace houses and penthouses.
The complex boasts differentiated premium community facilities. It features Eumseong-gun's first sky lounge, where residents can enjoy leisure while overlooking the scenery, and a guest house is also provided. The community center, 'Club Xi-an,' includes a fitness center, GX room, Pilates studio, golf practice range, male and female saunas, a small library, reading room, multipurpose room, kids' playground, and cafeteria, offering a variety of community facilities for residents. The integrated community service 'Xi-an B' is applied, allowing residents to enjoy a high-quality community life.
