Hollys announced on the 25th that it will launch two representative summer dessert bingsu.
First, the ‘Apple Mango Cheesecake Bingsu’ features a tangy and sweet apple mango base topped generously with sliced mango pieces and cheesecake chunks. On soft and cool milk ice, the exotic sweetness of mango, rich cheesecake, and crispy coconut chips come together to offer a luxurious taste comparable to hotel bingsu.
The ‘Snowflake Red Bean Bingsu,’ known for its classic flavor, adds granola and vanilla ice cream to traditional red bean bingsu, capturing a newtro sentiment. It is topped with domestic sweet red beans, granola, and roasted soybean powder on milk ice, filling the mouth with sweetness and nuttiness. Vanilla ice cream and injeolmi are added on top to enhance the flavor and provide a chewy texture.
Hollys offers delivery and pickup services so consumers can conveniently enjoy the bingsu. The two types of Hollys bingsu will be available in stores starting from the 26th.
