Since 2019, Knapp has exclusively supplied logistics automation solutions to Amorepacific, Nike, Daiso, and others through DLS, and has delivered over 2,000 logistics automation solutions to global clients including Walmart, Asics, and L'Or?al.
The main products and solutions that the two companies will supply domestically include ▲ OSR Shuttle ‘EVO’ ▲ Pickengine ▲ Pick-it-Easy Robot.
The OSR Shuttle ‘EVO’ is Knapp’s latest product. The gripper that picks up items adjusts automatically. In addition, a single shuttle can handle items of various sizes weighing up to 50 kg, and the shuttle can operate in both horizontal and vertical directions, making it efficient. It can be customized according to customer needs from small to large-scale logistics facilities, making it highly demanded in e-commerce and micro-fulfillment centers (MFCs).
Pickengine is a solution that standardizes the specifications and height of the shuttle rack, the space where the shuttle moves. It has a short delivery time within one year and is competitively priced. The Pick-it-Easy Robot uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to recognize objects, autonomously identifying and picking various types of products and moving them to designated locations.
The two companies also agreed to cooperate to implement the 'Zero-Touch' logistics solution. This solution minimizes inefficient manual work by applying robots throughout the logistics process using advanced AI. The companies plan to jointly conduct related technology development and research.
A DLS official said, “During various projects with Knapp, we built mutual trust through stable logistics automation consulting and engineering capabilities, which enabled us to sign this exclusive supply contract again.” He added, “We will lead the market by supplying cutting-edge logistics automation solutions optimized for the needs of domestic clients together with Knapp.”
