KOSPI Starts Firmly Above 2570 Level
On the 25th, the KOSPI index started with a slight gain.
As of 9:09 AM, the KOSPI index was trading at 2,570.81, up 0.13% (3.36 points) from the previous trading day. The index opened at 2,570.64, up 0.12% (3.19 points) from the previous day.
By investor type, individuals and foreigners were net buyers of 28.7 billion KRW and 70.6 billion KRW respectively, while institutions were net sellers of 96.3 billion KRW.
Among the top 10 stocks by market capitalization, all stocks except Samsung Electronics (1.02%), SK Hynix (4.50%), Samsung Electronics Preferred (1.22%), and NAVER (0.74%) were declining. These include Samsung Biologics (-0.51%), LG Chem (-0.42%), Samsung SDI (-1.40%), Hyundai Motor (-1.20%), and Kia (-1.35%). LG Energy Solution remained unchanged.
At the same time, the KOSDAQ index was at 857.24, up 0.21% (1.78 points). The KOSDAQ opened at 857.30, up 0.22% (1.84 points) from the previous day.
By investor type, individuals and institutions were net buyers of 10.6 billion KRW and 15.2 billion KRW respectively, while foreigners were net sellers of 26.1 billion KRW.

These include EcoPro BM (1.02%), EcoPro (0.35%), Celltrion Healthcare (0.26%), L&F (0.38%), HLB (0.14%), Celltrion Pharm (0.11%), Kakao Games (0.77%), and Pearl Abyss (2.92%).
