Gangbuk-gu Mayor Lee Soon-hee Visits Senior Job Restaurant 'Latte-neun Jipbap'
On the 24th, Lee Soon-hee, Mayor of Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, visited the district's Hope Job Platform and the social economy enterprise 'Latte-neun Jipbap' to greet the employed senior citizens.
On this day, Mayor Lee listened to the officials about the operational status, inspected the restaurant kitchen and dining area, and said, "We will continuously discover job projects for senior citizens experiencing economic difficulties."
The social economy enterprise cooperative 'Latte-neun Jipbap' was selected in 2022 as a subsidiary workplace of the district's Hope Job Platform and receives support from the district.
This cooperative provides chef and barista certification training for the elderly and offered jobs such as lunchbox delivery to 17 senior citizens.
