Hamyang-gun Hosts 'Quit Smoking Acrostic Poem' Event for Middle and High School Students

Gyeongnam Hamyang-gun announced on the 25th that it will hold a "Geumnyeon Easy" acrostic poem event on smoking cessation for middle and high school students in the area to raise awareness of smoking prevention and smoking cessation in celebration of the 36th World No Tobacco Day on the 31st.
The acrostic poem must be written on the theme of smoking prevention and smoking cessation, and the event participation period is until June 2.
All participants in the event will receive a pen, and 40 students will be selected by lottery to receive gift packages.
The participation method is simple. Scan the QR code provided by the Hamyang-gun Public Health Center with a smartphone, fill out the required information in the application form, and submit it.

An official from the Public Health Center said, "Since the participation method is simple, we hope many middle and high school students will join and receive gifts," adding, "We continue to hold various events and activities to create a healthy smoking cessation culture, and we will continue to make efforts to promote health in Hamyang-gun."
