Diadora Collaborates with Contemporary Brand 'Setter' for Collection
Popup Store Also Opened with Tennis Motif
Italian sports brand Diadora announced on the 23rd that it will launch a collaboration collection with contemporary fashion brand Setter, inspired by tennis, and open a pop-up store.
The pop-up store will be held on the B1 floor of Lotte World Mall until June 8, and then continuously showcased on the 4th floor of Hyundai Department Store Pangyo from June 9. In addition to product sales, an experiential program that brings the fun elements of enjoying a vacation to the pop-up store content has also been prepared.
The collaborating brand Setter is named after the first letter of the alphabet on Saturday. It presents comfortable looks with the keywords rest and leisure. The theme of the 'Diadora X Setter' collaboration collection is 'Tennis Vacation, Bohemian Tenniswear.' It expresses the joyful imagination of spending a summer vacation at a romantic resort full of exotic charm through Diadora’s sporty style and Setter’s unique perspective. The collection subtly incorporates tennis codes throughout and blends a free-spirited Bohemian feel with bold colors, embroidery, and lace decorations.
The representative product, the 'Graphic T-shirt,' features designs combining logos with iconic drinks and foods from major tennis tournaments familiar to tennis fans, such as Pimm's cocktail and lobster roll. The men's Bohemian pique T-shirt set adds exotic flair with embroidered logos and lace details on the sleeves. The women's cropped tennis pique T-shirt set offers a slim fit that reveals the body line, with color accents on the sleeves and waist for a sophisticated look. The company explained that the use of moisture-wicking, quick-drying materials and highly elastic fabrics makes it suitable for various activities in midsummer.
