Applicants must be eligible to engage in election campaigning, be neutral and fair without being members of any political party, and be able to fully dedicate themselves to the duties of the Fair Election Support Group.

Applications can be submitted in person, by email, or by registered mail from June 5 to 9. The selection process includes document screening and interviews, and the final selected candidates are expected to begin their duties on July 3.
