Actor Seo Kang-joon returns on the 22nd after completing his active duty service in the Army.
Seo Kang-joon, who enlisted on November 23, 2021, served as a driver for about 1 year and 6 months. At the end of December that same year, he was selected as the top trainee among 150 recruits at the Baekgol Unit's basic training graduation ceremony and received a commendation from the division commander, drawing attention once again. After being assigned to his unit, he continued his military service diligently and was honorably discharged on the 22nd.
Before enlisting, he shared in a live broadcast, "Originally, enlisting was something I had never experienced before, so I felt overwhelmed and scared, but now my mind is at ease," adding, "You might not believe it when I say this, but I feel a bit excited about the people I will meet, the life I will lead, and how I will live during the one and a half years."
He continued, "When I finish my military service and come back, I will be in my 30s, and I think there will be various sides of me to show then," and said, "So, I have a lot of anticipation about 'what my 30s will be like.'"
It was reported that Seo Kang-joon received offers to appear in over 100 projects even before his discharge, with continuous love calls for his work.
