This exhibition is part of the 'Gyeonggi Art Distribution Activation Project' (Art Gyeonggi), which supports the market development of visual artists in the province.
To this end, Gyeonggi Province collaborated with Nurim Center (Gyeonggi-do Comprehensive Welfare Support Center for the Disabled) in March to select 60 visual artists, including 10 artists with disabilities, through an open call.
Among them, 48 works by 17 artists were recently installed in the lobby and corridors of the Gwanggyo New Office.
Other works will be showcased starting in July at exhibition and sales venues such as art markets and pop-up galleries once secured.
Gyeonggi Province will hold a special exhibition at the Gwanggyo New Office in the second half of this year.
